Cancellations can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you’re unwell and cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment start time, we would appreciate if you could let us know by calling 1-888-588-0818 or e-mailing us at info@jadeclinics.com. For appointments with a registered nurse, we respectfully ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, as your nurse is called in specifically for your appointment. Thank you.

Electrolysis Level 1
Level 1 Practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 6 months and have completed Jade's 4 month certification program. Levels are determined by a practical examination to evaluate competency.

Level 8 Practitioners have been performing electrolysis for roughly 20 years
